What You’ll Do Supporting recruitment and workforce planning with hiring managers. Design & Deliver onboarding programs that accelerate productivity. Implement performance frameworks and track KPIs. Deliver training and career development pathways. Champion culture, engagement, and change initiatives. Ensure compliance with licensing, WHS, and risk standards. Partner with corporate HR team on deploying key HR programs. Identify growth opportunities, nationally.
